RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR \u201cCHANGE OF MIND\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.<\/p>\n

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day, in the case of a sales contract: \u201con which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.\u201d<\/p>\n

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement, for example a letter sent by post, fax, or email.<\/p>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.<\/p>\n

You are requested to send back the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.<\/p>\n

The return shipping costs for the products shall be borne by the user.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>\n

The goods must be returned intact.<\/p>\n

The refund will only be made after verifying the integrity of the goods.<\/p>\n

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY – PRODUCT DEFECTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Upon delivery, the user is required to carefully examine the products received. Any defects in the goods delivered to the user must be reported immediately to the courier or to customer service.<\/p>\n

The goods must be accepted by signing with a specific reservation of inspection. The user must then open a report through their Personal Area, taking care to attach photographic documentation where required, within 8 days of receiving the material.<\/p>\n

Via Roma Gallery will do its best to respond to reports received within eight working hours.<\/p>\n

APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT FOR NON-CONSUMER USERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Italian law.<\/p>\n
