DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery dates are valid for most areas within a given national territory. Islands and more remote areas may require two or more additional working days.

Shipping and delivery take place within the timeframes indicated on the website, provided that the purchase order is completed by 6:00 p.m. on the same day.

Orders received or payment confirmations received after 6:00 p.m. shall be considered as received on the following working day. Payment confirmations received after 6:00 p.m. shall be considered as received on the following working day.

Working days are understood to be Monday to Friday, excluding 1/1, 6/1, 25/4, 1/5, 2/6, 15/8, 1/11, 8/12, 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12, and Easter Monday.

Under no circumstances shall Via Roma Gallery be held liable for any damages caused by delayed delivery.

For delivery, the presence of the customer or a person appointed by the customer is required at the delivery address indicated in the order.
