All sales, delivery and payment methods are listed in detail in the various sections of the Website and are to be considered an integral and substantial part of this contract. The conditions applicable to each individual order shall be those displayed on the Website at the time the order is placed. Any new conditions shall be effective from the moment they are published on the Website and shall apply only to sales concluded thereafter.
All products and prices indicated on the Website constitute an offer to the public, subject to the limitations and procedures contained on the Website itself and in these general terms and conditions of sale.
The order sent by the Customer shall be binding only if the entire order procedure has been completed correctly, without any error messages being displayed by the Website.
In their email inbox, the Customer will receive confirmation of the order placed, including a summary of the products and their respective prices.
SERVICES OFFERED BY THE WEBSITE
To access the Services, registration on the Website is required. During registration, users will be asked to specify whether they intend to register and therefore make purchases as a company, sole proprietorship/freelancer, private individual or association, also specifying the user’s nationality. Only purchases made by private users shall be subject to the applicable consumer protection regulations.
All final product prices displayed on the Website are expressed in euros and can be viewed both with and without VAT, depending on the country or type of registration. Product prices may be subject to periodic changes.
PRODUCT SELECTION AND PURCHASE METHOD
After logging in, the user may proceed with the selection of the products as described in the relevant sections, selecting them one by one and adding the desired quantities to their shopping cart.
Once the desired items have been selected, a screen for submitting the order will be displayed, showing the total costs and expenses.
