Bison, Bernardino

Bernardino Bison (Palmanova, 1762 - Milan, 1844) was an Italian painter, draftsman, and decorator active between Venice, Trieste, and Milan. He worked across many genres, from mythological and historical scenes to landscapes and decorative painting. His art reflects the taste of the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries, combining elegance, invention, and theatrical spirit.
