Lebasque, Henri

Henri Lebasque (Champigne, 25 September 1865 - Le Cannet, 7 August 1937) was a French painter associated with Post-Impressionism and the Nabis milieu. His work is known for its luminous palette, intimate domestic scenes, landscapes, and graceful depictions of women and children. He brought warmth and serenity to modern French painting.
