Ferruzzi, Roberto

Roberto Ferruzzi (Sebenico, 16 December 1853 - Venice, 16 February 1934) was an Italian painter best known for tender and idealized images of childhood and motherhood. Though he worked in several genres, his fame rests especially on devotional and sentimental figure subjects that achieved wide popular success.
